Brazil Sweet Diamantina

The Brasil Doce Diamantina is grown in Cerrado, the savannah-like region of central Brazil.

This "sweet diamond" is dry-processed, meaning the coffee cherries are sun-dried. The high-quality Arabica captivates with its distinct sweetness. Its cup profile features intense aromas ranging from chocolate and caramel to a subtle marzipan note. It has a medium body and produces a pronounced hazelnut-brown crema in the cup. Its particular digestibility is achieved by its very low acidity.
