Right of Withdrawal, Cancellation Policy, Consequences of Withdrawal

Consumers have the following right of withdrawal:

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to

contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, contracts for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded, contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery, contracts for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

General Information on Returning Goods

Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us, if possible, in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Please use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging. These general notes are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

We expressly point out that unsealed food products cannot be put back into circulation due to hygiene and health regulations, and your right of withdrawal expires upon unsealing the goods.

Refunds from the provider will be made to the account used by the customer for payment. In the case of payment by invoice, as well as bank transfer for advance payment, the refund will be transferred to the account from which the payment was made. If the customer has paid via PayPal, the refund will be made to the customer's linked PayPal account.

Costs of Return in Case of Withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 Euros or if, at a higher price of the goods, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you.

If, in the event of withdrawal, you return the goods to us freight collect despite your obligation to bear the costs, the seller is entitled to deduct the actual costs incurred by him for accepting the return of the withdrawn goods from the purchase price to be refunded to you.
